Part-Time Marketing Coordinator

HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals is looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

We are searching for someone with a positive attitude, a strong eye for detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, storytelling, and creating beautiful, engaging content.

This is a primarily remote position with a flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance. However, candidates must live within commuting distance of Round Top and be available to work from our office once a week, visit our vacation rental properties, and attend quarterly photo and video shoots.

The Role

You will help shape how guests experience the HOSTÎE brand online by showcasing our homes, destinations, local community, and elevated approach to hospitality.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and updating our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms with engaging, on-brand content

• Creating and maintaining a thoughtful content calendar

• Scheduling posts, Reels, Stories, and interactive content designed to increase engagement and visibility

• Visiting HOSTÎE properties as needed to capture fresh photo, video, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content

• Planning and coordinating quarterly professional photo and video shoots

• Being on-site during shoots to assist with styling, organization, creative direction, and content capture

• Developing and managing email marketing campaigns

• Monitoring social media engagement and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner

• Creating relevant blog content featuring our vacation homes, local experiences, travel inspiration, and the Round Top area

• Updating and optimizing website content to support SEO and improve online visibility

• Creating and managing Meta advertising campaigns

• Monitoring campaign performance and recommending opportunities for improvement

• Coordinating with photographers, videographers, designers, and other creative partners

• Bringing fresh, strategic ideas to help strengthen and grow the HOSTÎE brand

The Right Fit

The ideal candidate is:

• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• Energetic, positive, and willing to take initiative

• A strong writer and communicator

• Experienced with social media content creation and management

• Familiar with Canva, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, and SEO best practices

• Comfortable capturing quality photo and video content using a smartphone or camera

• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Available to commute to Round Top and drive to properties throughout the surrounding area

• Equipped with reliable transportation

Additional Experience We Value

Experience with any of the following is a strong plus:

• Graphic design

• Designing advertisements, brochures, publications, or printed marketing materials

• Photography or videography

• Video editing

• Branding and campaign development

• Advanced Meta advertising or paid digital marketing

Compensation & Schedule

• 15–20 hours per week

• Starting at $35 per hour

• Higher compensation may be available for the right candidate based on experience and additional skills

• Flexible schedule to support work-life balance

• Primarily remote with one weekly in-office day and additional on-site work as needed
